Does weight watchers really work?

Does weight watchers work? And how quickly?

  • I have heard many stories of how people who are very big have lost a lot of weight from weights watchers. However I am not masively over weight, im a 10/12 and 10 stone and would like to lose 1.5 stone. Has anyone else been in my position and knows if weight watchers will work? And if so how long would you say it will take to achieve my goal on weight watchers?

Weight Watchers worked for me. I started at 195 lbs. and got down to 165 lbs in about 2.5 months. I followed the plan and incorporated some moderate exercise into my routine. I thought the plan itself was very easy. I bought a digital scale and my biggest motivation by far was getting on it and seeing I'd dropped weight each week. Fruits and vegetables are zero points so you can snack on them all you want (within reason, you obviously don't want to eat 4 bananas a day.) I also used skinnytaste.com for recipes since I didn't find the recipes on the actual website all that appetizing. Good luck!
