How do you do a backflip (Back Tuck)?

I know most of it (swing arms jump and than tuck) But what gives you the rotation? I've watched A TON of youtube videos on how to do one but they are so unclear some say arch back some say keep it straight! I just don't want to risk getting hurt because I did it wrong. BTW I know how to land a front flip so spotting is not a problem and I'm not afraid of that rotation so I just want to know what gives that rotation in a back flip. Thanks.
