Cheapest iphone 4 plan?

  • i really want an iPhone. i heard someone say that there is a plan for the iPhone 4 for 30$ per month. who has it? I really don't wanna spend no more than 30 month with the fact that i have to pay for my car insurance and all that good stuff. if there isnt, is there a similar phone that may be cheaper than that just like the iPhone? and im not really looking into an Android. plus i find them more expensive...

i use simple mobile $40 unlimited everything plan with my iphone 4s.. need to be unlocked.. if its not use straight talk $45 unlimited plan.
