How to get toned arms and chest at home?

    Do supersets. So for arms do push ups, diamond push ups (arms inward), wide push ups (arms outwards) and dips (use a chair and even another chair to put your legs on if its too easy. For chest, do push ups at different angles (legs up high, legs down low, etc - mix it up a bit). Make sure to contract your chest when doing the exercise and try and push your arms inwards. All exercises should go under this tempo: 4 seconds down and 1 second up. Stretch after, and make sure you do each exercise to failure (meaning you can no longer physically do it). If its too easy, change the angle so gravity will get you, put some weight on your back on or even in a backpack with stuff in it.
