What happens to my serotonin and dopemine levels when i drink a can of beer?

i suffer with anxiety and i want to correct my imballance but im not sure if i have low/high serotonin or low/high dopemine levels, as i suffer badly with anxiety when i drink even two cans of normal strength beer, and also get paranoid, i know it would be safer to not drink at all but i think the awnser to this would be the key to my chemical imballance. so i would like to know what happens to these chemicals during drinking alcohol and the day after, as i want to suppliment the right chemical to hopefully correct my imballance. sorry there is a method to my madness lol, any help would be very much appreciated :)

Don't fix the imbalance with alcohol, talk to a doctor and get the right meds... You really think a beer is going to fix your problems? If you have a lack of seretonin, theyll give you a selective seretonin reuptakr inhibitor, (ssri) aka an antidepressant, and really doubt you have a problem with dopamine, and what they really give you for anxiety are benzodiazepines, which calm you down during an anxiety attack Don't be stupid, talk to a doctor
