How to I install Minecraft plugins on my home server?
-
I have a rented server and when I want to install a plugin, I simply download the plugin from the Bukkit website and drag it into the plugins folder on my server via FTP. Easy. However, I have set up working servers on both my iMac and my Windows PC, and neither of these seems to load plugins at startup. Is there something else I need to do to run plugins on my home machines?

Answer:
It should work fine. Make sure that everything is compatible -- if your server is version 1.2.5 make sure the plugins are either 1.2.5 or compatible. =]
