What should I wear to a first date at Cheesecake Factory?

  • So me and this guy originally met at my friend's wedding because I was a bridesmaid and he was a groomsman. We've been talking a lot lately and we went to the zoo to hang out a couple of weeks ago. He asked me the other night out to dinner to the Cheesecake Factory. I have never been there before and I was wondering what would be a good outfit to wear. I'm not sure if I should dress up or not. So I was wondering,what would be good to wear? Thanks for reading =)

It's generally best to just ask the guy. Girls ask me how dressy to be all the time. The point is even if it happens to be a high class place, he might show up in jeans - dressing the same as him is better than dressing for the restaurant.

Dress up a little :) Wear something conservative, but classy. Don't go for stilettos, but a kitten heel peep toe would be nice. Wear a slim dress or a skirt, but not something too tight. Don't go for lots of sparkle, instead go with a neutral dress or skirt and a pop of color in your heels or bag or both. Everything doesn't have to match, it just has to go :) If you go with a skirt, wear a looser shirt that flows a little. Have fun and good luck! :)

i would say a cute black skirt ( like the aritzia ones are really nice) and a nice flowy top with heels but make sure the heels are small not too many inches and comfortable :D you don't need to goo all out
