How do you get rid of bacne in less than a month?

How can i be less insecure about my bacne? and how do i get rid of it?

• i'm a 18 year old girl and ive had bacne since i was maybe 12 or 13. i'm 5'9 and i have pink hair, im sooo insecure about my bacne and when i was younger i didnt care and i wasn't very hygenic. over the past 2 years i've been trying my best to get rid of it. i had it bad on my shoulders but it seemed to clear up after i spent hours popping zits and using oxypads on it. ive tried using benzoyl peroxide and a lot of other stuff. my mom used to squeeze my pimples and put medicine on it and it would kind of clear up but i never get to see her and shes the only one who im not embarrassed to be around to help me and whenever im not around her it comes back. sometimes it goes away nicely and you can barely see it but then i get really big red lumps that i pick at and occur the next day and i want to get rid of them. my boyfriend likes when i take my shirt off when i sleep next to him but idk what he thinks about my bacne and it makes me sooo insecure. its usually difficult to wear dresses or tanktops without feeling absolutely disgusting. ive been beginning to change my diet, drinking water, i eat a lot of oranges. its an on and off thing and i just want it to all go away. i havent seen a dermotologist yet so dont recommend it because i probably will see it. my bacne makes me want to break down and cry i really want to know how to feel less insecure about it. also ive been dying my hair since i was about 12, do you think that it may have something to do with it??? please help thanks!

  I would say, if you want, go vegan for atleast 1 month and see if you see any results. If not then you can always try proactiv, that worked for me.
