Great job with "3-letter" agency..?

I will soon be studying Arabic abroad. After mastering that in a few years, I will start to learn Mandarin Chinese. I know these are desirable in many positions related to the military (which Im not) and the government. I want to eventually land a government job where I can use my advanced IT skills (Cyber-Security would be awesome). However, I also want to take advantage ($) of my new highly marketable language skills as well. My question is, what job or position (if any) in 3-letter US agency (CIA, FBI, NSA, DIA, etc) would allow me to use advanced IT skills AND foreign language fluency (Arabic, Mandarin). Just trying to plan my path. Thanks!
