I am very scared of house centipedes?

Every time i enter a room i look for them. If i see one i am very scared and unable to kill it so i need to go get a family member tockill it. I actually even have nighrmares sometimes about centipedes. How can i get over my fear, i dont want to waste time looking around for them evry day

Now millipedes? You want to be wary of those. Some of them are poisonous and have very painful bites. But centipedes? Don't worry about them. They're harmless, and probably terrified and lost.
