Is a Criminal Justice Degree worth it?

Master degree that complement my degree in criminal justice?

• I want to know master degree that can complement or be helpful with my degree in criminal justice.. I would like to work at a police department or something of a managerial position if possible... Can masters of public administration and transformative leadership be a master degree that complement my undergraduate degree in criminal justice?

  any upper management in a police department were street cops first, none come from the college ranks. and you are going to be hard-pressed finding a management position straight out of college, because you don't have any viable work experience.
