How is it possible that my work could access my facebook profile posts and private information when all of my privacy settings are closed off to the public? My posts are only displayed to friends, and my profile is not pubicly viewable? I ask because I was almost fired today over some information I cannot see them being able to access.

Answer:
it is not possible to access by publics if it is not viewable publicly, or check the posts, are they allowed to friends friend. If yes allow it only for friends. If it is not then one of your friend is responsible for flashing your posts out.

Maybe they are accessing it through one of your friends, unless you used fb at work and they were logging internet activity.
