How do I get rid of a sunburn overnight?

  • So, I'm trying to tan a bit, but I know I'll just sunburn, today because I have to wear a dress tomorrow. And boy are my legs glowing in the sun. Lol. Anyways, I heard a classmate say to just take a really hot shower..I've never tried this before but, I really don't want to peel (if it's at all possible). Does anyone know a way to get rid of a sunburn? Btw, it won't let me change the category for some reason...

So I am about as white as you can get and moved to Florida for a year for work. The after sun yogurt from korres is the best product I have ever used in terms of hydrating and healing burns quickly. https://www.korresusa.com/product/4433/after-sun-cooling-gel/body-and-bath/scent/yoghurt It works better then aloe and is incredibly soothing. A hot shower won't do anything other then hurt the skin if you are burned. A healthy alternative to tanning particularly if you burn and need color quick would be sunless tanner. St. Tropez is by far the best and gives the best color with no orange. Best of luck!
