How to use paypal via supported countries?

Hi, I want to ask a question about paypal. Actually I live in Pakistan and my relatives live in Saudi Arabia which is a paypal supported country. Now is it possible for them to create paypal account in Saudi Arabia and let my relatives collect payments for me? I want to work as a freelancer and earn money online. But the only thing I need is paypal. If this is possible so how can they use paypal to withdraw funds for me? I've heard that only international credit cards are accepted by paypal in Saudi Arabia. I have Saudi based issued credit card but it is currently in Pakistan and it is inactive. Please help me what to do?

i have been freelancing creating landing pages for 2 years now First your relatives need to help you set up an bank account in Saudi Arabia. if they can't do it they need to use their own bank account give the bank account info to paypal. In the future paypal will deposit money to that account directly you will ask your relative to wire transfer money to you
