How to contact Yahoo technical support?

Sombody hacked into my other email account, [email protected]. They changed my password and is sending emails to my contacts asking for money. I've tried contacting yahoo and all I get is a runaround. I have to have access to that email. I have an online business & absolutly have to have the info in there. Don't send any email to the [email protected] as the hacker will know I'm trying to contact you
