How to use paypal by supported countries?

Hi, I want to ask a question about paypal. Actually I live in Pakistan and my relatives live in Saudi Arabia which is a paypal supported country. Now is it possible for them to create paypal account in Saudi Arabia and let my relatives collect payments for me? I want to work as a freelancer and earn money online. But the only thing I need is paypal. If this is possible so how can they use paypal to withdraw funds for me? I've heard that only international credit cards are accepted by paypal in Saudi Arabia. I have Saudi based issued credit card but it is currently in Pakistan and it is inactive. Please help me what to do?

Yes you use the paypal account that your relatives will make for you and they can withdraw the money and send them to you.
