How to lose a lot of weight in one week?

  • Hello everyone reading this... I wanted to know how to lose the most weight in one week. I am going to a really important party in one week and I need to lose the most weight possible in one week. Don't tell me its not possible to lose a lot weight only at most 2 pounds, which isn't true because I have tried in the past, but I gained a ton of weight back because I started to use Birth control but now im off it and now Its easier to lose weight but it is hard for me because I have a ton of cravings and i try to stay away and sometimes i do, but other times..... well lets just say... I don't. I am 16, and 157 pounds. 160 was my most weight, and i keep trying to go down but I need help... I know how to exercise and I do, i also am on a diet - but sometimes cheat :( I need help to lose the MOST weight possible in one week, not asking for how to be healthy and what not... b/c i do know how to. I just want FAST weight loss like now! Thanks guys! :)

    In my point of view its' not good to lose so much weight so fast. You should wait for some time for 40 to 50 days. In this period you should use regular exercise and light food. If you takes liquid material it's much more better than light food. Regards Mahesh Kumar

well i'm sure you've heard this one before: fast. you don't need to fast for the rest of your life, but fasting for a week will clear out your body really well which will ultimately lead to a healthier body, AND you'll lose weight. (btw don't believe people when they say that you don't lose weight by doing this, because ya do..) but while you're fasting drink water and then have a small meal for dinner. considering you won't be doing it for a long time, you won't get sick. also walking some might speed up the process. but once you do start eating more again, try eating lots of veggies and healthy foods. once you stop eating for a while and start again, the weight literally flies onto you. you could also just slowly build up your food/calorie intake to make sure you don't gain the weight back, too. :-)
