What are some great science colleges or universities?

Universities/colleges in Japan that teach computer science?

• hey, im going to a community college for 2 years and i plan to transfer to a university,but im really interested in Japan and id love to go to a 2/4 year college/university over there for computer science, how would that work and how could i find out which college/university would accept me since i live in the US and speak English thanks ^_^

  I think a private university would be the way to go. Waseda has a computer sci program http://www.cs.waseda.ac.jp/eng/about/index.html I have no idea how good or bad it is. Probably other private universities have this type of program too. You should google them. Private universities are expensive though - maybe $15,000 a year tuition, then rent, living expenses, etc. You might be able to get some scholarships, but you should not rely on getting them. Part time work is possible, but only with permission of the university, and only a limited number of hours a week. Finally, sadly, your AA degree is worthless here. They *might* let you transfer some credits, but they might not too.
