What is the difference between a biome and an ecosystem?

What is the difference between a Biome and a Climatic Zone?

• Ok, I know the different climatic zones (topical wet, dry, temperate marine/continental etc.) and the biomes (desert, tunrdra, grassland etc.) but what is the difference between biomes and climatic zones? Some of them have the same names like tundra, and desert, so it's a little hard for me to get the difference between the two. Is it the their classifications perhaps?
