If all hyip are fraud and scam, why call it GENUINE HYIP?

"Genuine" shows/tell something true, authentic, reliable - why do you have a web that call itself "GENUINE HYIP" when its all fraud, scams. Yahoo should be more sensitive towards things like these-cheating people. Or is it that Yahoo believe in scammer.

When the ultimate intent of the scheme is to cheat others, do you think that the crooks will be honest with the name? If you think that, I grieve for you. Yahoo cannot control, or dictate what the name is - they would be violating the law ( unless there is a copyright infringement or other legal issue ). It is you, the consumer, that has to exercise wisdom and discretion, both of which appear to be in short supply in your case.
