Why wont my phone send or receive pictures? I have the unlimited plan?

I have metro pcs. Samsung admire . I push download to the message I receive and never works. I send a picture and the phone I sent it to never got it . It was working just fine a week ago now it won't work anymore... What do I do. Pls help.
