What is a good pet insurance?

  • My Chihuahua is 6 years old and my cat 2. What is a good health insurance I can get for them? Both are healthy but I am just afraid one of these days one of them might end up getting sick. The problem is I just go and get anything that seems good, which some times ends up being the opposite. I want to hear from pet owners that have insurances and have good or bad feedback about them.     I have Healthy Paws Pet Insurance (www.healthypawspetinsurance.com) on our 2 dogs. Only one small claim so far, but very knowledgeable customer service and fast reimbursement. Easy to understand policy and they also have a foundation that supports rescue/adoption groups throughout the US with cash grants. I used Pet Insurance Review (www.petinsurancereview.com) when I was doing my research. Good place to see how customers who have filed claims rate their insurance companies. Good luck!!
