Where can i watch naruto episodes and naruto shippuden episodes english dubbed?

Is there a service like Zune or Hulu Plus that has Naruto in English dubs, I've tried Zune and you have to pay for every episode and Hulu Plus is in English subs. I'm looking to pay a monthly fee but I don't think there is a service that has Naruto in English Dubs in High Quality.
