How do you become a back up dancer?

Tips on how to become the best dancer I can be?

• I am an awesome dancer as it is but I know I can do better... Here are my achievements/what I already do/Strengths: -Almost got my front splits on both legs maybe an inch left(hoping to have them all by December) -Turns -Beautiful Arch(other dancers have commented on it) -Very Fit -Back-bends -Got a Fantastic Potential Special Award in my 2nd competition(first time doing a solo) -Got two silver metals(could do better I know) -Got 3rd out of all juniors in that session at competition -Have my Pointe Shoes -Good at showing passion and emotion through my dancing -Very artistic dancer -Train in Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Lyrical, Musical Theater, Pointe, Choreography, and Partnering -Always wear warm clothes -Always try to warm up before I dance -Work well with other dancers -Don't have many fears with lifts -Great at paying attention -Jumps(as long as they don't involve flexibility) -Can pick out a mistake I make as soon as I make it) -Great memory -Great musicality Probably more but that's all I can think of... Weaknesses: -Short Plie(have short Achilles Tendons) -Not much flexibility(though I have been stretching as much as I can) -Don't like to practice(I try to) -Eating Healthy(Always been a problem especially with eating Vegetables) -Don't get enough sleep(Try to) -Get very nervous(only minor problem) Probably more but can't think of them... I'm 13 and a girl. I just want advice on how to help fix my weaknesses or just advice on how to become a better dancer in general. Thanks for everyone who answers!!!

  i agree also youtube helps :D always be calm and open to new dance moves if your already good you can only improve more :)
