How do you file a complaint to Disneyland?

Who do I file a complaint against for a serious safety issue on a used car?

• On March 23rd I bought a used minivan. Less than two months later while my husband and myself were driving, the entire underneath holding the wheels in place split in half. I'm not sure what it's called exactly. The mechanic said it was the K-bar? The van came to a screeching halt & a dead stop at a major intersection as we were getting onto the highway. It was unable to be pushed as the wheel on the passengers side was up against the frame of the car. The bar underneath holding the wheels collapsed and basically split in half. We had no choice but to tow it. It had to be put on a flat bed. It took the tow truck driver a long time. He couldn't believe what he was seeing. Neither could the police officer that showed up. The mechanic said that if that had happened while on the highway it would have been a major accident, the van would have rolled and who knows if we would have survived a crash like that. I'm thankful our kids were not in the car. It's going to cost over $1,000 to fix it. We only had a 30 day warranty through the dealer, but we were still given an inspection sticker when we had it inspected 3 days after purchase. We live in Massachusetts by the way. I'm livid, without a vehicle right now and I'd like to file a complaint. This was a serious safety issue that could have cost people their lives. Not only our own lives but anyone else driving on the highway if it happened only 5 minutes later. Would I file a complaint with the dealer or the station that gave us an inspection sticker? Now please don't get me wrong. I expect some repairs with a used car, but this is something major. I never filed a complaint against anyone in my life. I do go through the better business bureau correct?
