If 10 board members of a major corp. control 51%+ of that companys stock, what good does my vote count for?

For companies like JPMorgan which is giving ex CIO Dimon $23 million compensation package...I own stock in JPMorgan, I own about 200 shares. If the members control 51%+ of that companies stock how can my voting or other regular shareholders voting be worth anything.
