How do I train a puppy not to bite?

My rottie puppy is starting to growl and bite how do i train him not to?

  • My rottie puppy is about six months old. He just started To jump up and growl then bite me or others. Then when i tell him no he jumps and does it again. How do i successfully Stop him from doing this? without all the attitude he is giving me?

    you have to obedience train your dog if you want a well behaved dog.

first when he jumps up knee him in chest, not hard just put ur knee up when he jumps, second when he bites take ur hand and close his mouth hold it shut and say dnt bite firmly, i used to look my pitmix right in eye and after just cuple times she stopped, dnt hold his mouth closed 4 long, if he tries to pull away put him somewhere in a room and make him stay, if he moves bring him back to same spot, it wont take long for him to get the point tht jumping and biting is bad good luck
