Sorry it's not possible. I was searching for the same thing some time ago, it's only possible when the website asks you to fill a survey and whatever which would then unlock the page itself, but in this case there's a download so no, nothing you can do.. btw - usually honest people on the web dont use hostings like filesmy to host files, so it could be scam.
