Applying to Bath and Body Works...Or any job?
-
So, I am in the process of filling out the application for Bath and Body Works. I have no previous working experience, but they ask me to list a "Reference Form" for them to contact my previous employers. What do I do? Do I just leave it blank, and if I do, wouldn't that hurt my chances of employment? I really would like this job. Also, they do not indicate that I need to hand in a resume...Would I need to, anyway? Please help!

Answer:
You have to put references down. Name people you may have babysat for or volunteer work you may have done for someone. And you do not have to hand in a resume. You can if you want.
