Any simulation games out there that I might like?

I absolutely love The Sims 1,2 & 3! I am wondering if there are any other games out there like The Sims. I have tried Second Life, I don't have the patience for it, although I think it is a cool game. and I have tried Virtual Families... Not a big fan. Games that I play already: Animal Crossing Grand Theft Auto (All of them) Harvest Moon (All of them) Farm Simulation. Zelda (Most of them) I am really wanting to try some new games. I'm not much on anything fantasy. Besides Zelda, I'm not much on fighting games either. I LOVE realistic games. Any games that mimic something that could actually happen, I LOVE! I also don't like following a storyline. Basically, I only like simulation.
