What are the pros and cons of having a pet rabbit?

Rabbit Pros and Cons?

I was just wondering if anybody could give me a list of pros and cons for a rabbit. Also I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to convince my parents that I'm responsible enough to have a bunny. My dad just doesn't want me to have one and my mom says there's not enough space. There's plenty of space, I had a leopard gecko tank in the spot where I want to put a bunny cage, I'm not really sure where she's coming from. Help? P.S. I've done about a year of research so I know what I'm doing
Answer:

Pro: they're cheap. Cons: they stink really bad if you don't clean out the cage every day, and if you don't play with them every day, they stop being tame and will bite you.
