How do I add the Azure Flute Cheat to my R4?

I started playing Pokemon Pearl again and I wanted to get Arceus. But, the only way to get that Pokemon is have the Azure Flute. The problem is, I can't figure out how to add that cheat to my R4. I have R4 1.18 right now. Any tips?

Since you're playing on an R4, you can just use PokeSav to directly modify your save file: http://www.pokestation.net/pokesav/
