Does a wireless router work with a Novatel USB modem? If so, what kind of router would work?
-
My family owns a Novatel Ovation MC998D Mobile Broadband USB Modem and I was wondering if we could hook up the USB Modem into a wireless router and broadcast a wireless signal through their. Is this possible with any router? If so, what kind of router would work? Specs for the USB Modem: http://www.comparecellular.com/mobile-internet/novatel-ovation-mc998d-broadband2go/specifications.asp Thanks!

Answer:
Web search "mobile broadband router". Many are available with WiFi. Just make sure it has USB for the modem, because some are for some type of PC card.
