I'm so Excited to get a Macbook Air! Am I prepared?

All mac and apple devices are incredibly expensive, If you only have $45 you're going to have to save up a lot more!

I'm using a MacBook Air now, and it truly is an amazing device! It is so thin and light - not to mention the envy of every coffee shop! Seriously, though - you do not need a decal - there is an Apple logo that lights up! Once you have it for a while, you will learn how to do all kinds of interesting things - such as have it read your documents - notes, E-mails, you name it, it will read it - to you in a voice that you choose with all types of optional effects. You should keep in mind that the MacBook Air is not a LapTop. It is Apple's rendition of a NoteBook, but with a lot of power for its size, and more prestige than any other device on the market. Though mine has no built-in optical drive, it does have a 256GB SSD lightning-fast storage, there seems to be no moving parts, except for a tiny fan that I hear every now and then... I bought a SuperDrive for it, but do not use it at all. The SuperDrive is an external CD\DVD Reader\Writer that connects to the MacBook Air via USB. The MacBook Air otherwise gets its downloads mainly from the App Store - rather like an iPad\iPod\iPhone. It has a GPU with 256MB of cache for faster performance. I just downloaded, "Amnesia: The Dark Decent," and, "BioShock." The MacBook Air performs very well running "BioShock", and runs "Amnesia: The Dark Decent" perfectly on the highest resolution. I use a USB XBox 360 controller for it, and most titles work well with it. The Front Row App (included) compiles all of your media - movies\TV shows, music, photographs, etc. in one easy to use\access place... I spent the first month I had it just learning about all it is capable of doing. But above all, the MacBook Air is very reliable. It is so tiny that one might think that it is not so sound structurally, but I have had no trouble with it at all. I have had so much trouble with dysfunctional PCs over the years, it is great to have a computer that actually does what it is supposed to without crashing everyday...
