How hard is it to become a Nurse Anesthesiologist? What is it like to be one? I am a smart girl, I am taking all of the right classes to get into nursing, but I want to know what is it like to be one, and how competitive is it to get into that field? What do they do on a daily basis?

CRNA or certified registered nurse anesthetist is lately becoming popular in US as it is at present a well paid job opportunity.An app. $168,500/ is paid to CRNA qualified or backed with an internationally acclaimed AANA certified person with a nursing background.As it is well paid it is a competetive field but rewarding.On daily basis their job is to assist the surgeon during surgeries by monitoring the requisite doses of anesthesia given to the patients and making sure they are comfortable on cardiac and pulse rate.
