Can you download the video? If not you will need to 'harvest' frames from it by pressing pause, then PrtScn, then paste the screenshot into an image editor and save it as frame [001] then play & pause again, then Prtscn, and paste as another frame [002], etc. When you have the frames you need to 'compile' them and export as a gif file. This will require a suitable program and things like the frame size are important because you will be cropping to the video display [although using full screen will avoid this], if the same area is not selected each time the playback will appear shaky. If you can download the video though, load it into a 'video decompiler' and you will have all the frames you need to work with.
