Can you go to Job Corps, if you are a foreign exchange student and want to go to collage in the USA ?

I have a friend, he came here as a foreign exchange student. He wants to go to collage here, but its too much money per year. but i know about job corps. My mom is making me go next year. My friend is from Colombia. I was wondering if he could go to Job Corps for Collage? On the website it says you can do collage credits there.

Quick answer: No. First off, it is College. Secondly, Job Corps is a U.S. federally funded program to provide youth with an alternative education program to assist them with successfully achieving gainful employment. His Student Visa will not cover him for Job Corps; that is if he could be eligible to begin with. Which he would not be.
