What is the grinding noise?

2005 chevy colorado makes grinding noise only when i go 30 35 mph then stops. what is wrong with it?

Every time I drive my 2005 Chevy Colorado it makes a grinding noise when I reach 30 35 mph. Then it stops. It runs fine. What is causing this grinding noise?
