Natural remedies to heal Scars and Small dark spots :)?

• Hey, I went to a dermatologist today for consultation regarding a few scars on my nose (caused from pimples months ago) and a scar above my lip caused by misuse of lemon :( (also months ago). The doctor prescribed a medicine called 'Dermatix' which is a silicon gel, it should take months for results. Honestly I'm not so sure about this Dermatix and I'd rather using natural remedies to heal my scars because I do not want to risk wasting time for no results or even side effects such as redness. So can you please help me choose a set of the best natural remedies from all the fruits, vegetables, oils and honeys to heal: 1) Scars caused by pimples. 2) Small Dark spots/circles on the face.
