Can I get into the University of Washington?

I am from Alabama, but my heart is in Seattle, Washington. I really would like to attend the University of Washington. I have a 3.9 GPA. I have been in 1 theatre production, and have worked at a restaurant for the past 3 years. I am in many clubs(Student, Drama, German, etc). I have also worked many community service hours. My SAT score is a 1760. My ACT score is a 28. Oh yeah, and I'm planning to write a kick-*** essay lol. So, what are my chances of getting into the University of Washington?
