what you did in your life is amazing; your cv should be 1 page, big characters, get the template in Microsoft word but make it original (nice colors, good paper quality) my advice to you is to know what you want to be; the resume is not that important; you need to be yourself by going to where you want to work and visit them everyday and try even to get any job they they will offer it to you in the end even for free. (show them how u r strong, hard worker and royalty to them and to what you want to be) it will pay off trust me. wish you the best luck ever.

I would add to the top a small personal summary of yourself before you go into detail about your education. It would only need to be a few lines that would say something about you as a worker like I am seventeen years old and are looking for a job in the (job industry your applying for), I am looking to work my way up in the company and would use my skills to further my career etc something that gives them a little bit about you and a little bit to talk about in the interview. Add things like time keeping, hard working, creative, etc. All over though the CV looks good and your skills will shine through. Maybe to help stand out would be to make a nice looking CV with everything set out clearly, use nice paper, don't use red colours just blue/ greens and yellows to highlight your cv into sections. Most importantly make sure your CV is in a format all employers can open. And make sure it looks the same when opened in other program's or on other PCs. Otherwise the employer may not even get to look at it! Good luck http://www.free20quid.com/r/1334779

You shouldn't think what your friends say about your CV, after all it is your own CV. However, I think you have talked about caring for children too much, if you were going to send this CV into shops, they arn't going to be too interested in you caring for children. They will be looking for customer care etc. which I see you have wrote a little bit about. Also add on where you worked, how long for etc. Lastly, instead of saying you can get the references if needed, why don't you get the references and put them on your CV first? you know what.. ignore what I just said, this is a good CV for applying for a first time job.

Wow, you have done so much, I admire you, lol. I think your CV is great and I am sure anyone would employ you as the skills and qualifications you have do match the job description. I am doing the silver award for dofe in 3 weeks and my grade 4 for piano, but im jealous youve done so much.

You have a lot of information here and it is clear from reading it you have skills and experience that if going to attract attention. What you need to do is showcase those skills. In my first ever CV, I chose to highlight skills/experience and then give examples demonstrating those skills because I had no employment history. For instance: Communication skills 1. As a member of ..., I was involved in ... I learnt how to ... 2. Through gaining my .... award/certification, I am able to effective handle situations involving ... Find skills that you know that the employer will want them to show you have - if you are working in a shop then they are going to want to know you can speaking to customers, handle money and be a good team player. I would highly recommend you use a CV Builder to help you and find sample CVs for first time jobs. Good luck :)

Really I appreciate, in the young age your achievement are good. The resume should be brief and should cover important points. No body will patiently read a lengthy resume. Under Educational qualification, simply mention in GCSE secured good rank in many subjects. Under Interest and other achievement mention a four / five items only. Similarly work experience also add one or two. Make a small covering letter and enclose the resume, do not simply forward the Resume (CV ) If you want you may add in the covering letter that you ha not added so many of your interest and achievements. You can explain all at the interview.
