My lower back hurts on my right side, are there any stretches to help ease the pain?

I play volleyball, and I also jump-serve. But one jump-serve I arched my back too much and it hurts to play volleyball now. I ice it and everything, but I don't know any stretches, a little help would be nice...thanks!

Answer:
If it is really bad, I'd suggest to talk to your doctor. But (as with any exercises). Make sure you ease your way into your stretches, and drink plenty of water. Don't do any jerky, or quick motions. Stretches are smooth. This is simply because you could hurt/injure yourself. Check the link at the bottom and it may help you Hope you feel better! :)
