What kind of items sell for a decent price on eBay?

• I've mainly been selling old childhood items on eBay recently: Pokemon cards, old video games, toys, old clothes and just general stuff that I don't need any more. But I'm running out of things to sell and am not too sure what other kinds of items actually sell on eBay. There have been things I've tried selling before, but they barely even get 1 watcher before the listing ends because it just isn't something people want to buy. So has anyone got any ideas on what general household items might sell well? And I'm looking to sell items that will get sold for at £10 or more.

  It takes a lot of time to learn what is desirable and what sells on Ebay, or anywhere else. I go to flea markets and garage sales in my spare time just to look. If I can get something at a good price, I might list it on Ebay. It's just fun to do. Last weekend I picked up an old bayonet for a French military rifle. It was marked "1873" (militaries date everything). The people selling it didn't really know what it was and I got it for $20. I have it listed now with a starting price of $60. I have learned to look for the unusual and antique items. Things people aren't going to find if they set out looking for it. It also takes time to be able to identify true antiques from recent reproductions. I never want to get into trouble selling something that isn't what I had claimed it to be. Just take your time, do research, and look around Ebay to see what other people are buying (based on the number of bids an item gets). Then see if any items like that are at second hand stores, garage sales, et cetera.
