How to get high school students to go into the computer/technology field?

• I need to write a couple of paragraphs directed to high school students as to why they should join the computer and technology fields. I need to explain the need for lifelong learning in computer technology industry (e.g., rapid changes in technology, employability, progress positions of greater responsibility);
