Cute casual outfit to wear to town?

Night out in june, outfit kindof sorted:/ need some help:D?

• So im going to a party in june, i havent got much time to sort my outfit out, but i was looking at a few websites this morning, and came across.. http://www.missrebel.co.uk/ and.. http://www.missguided.co.uk now im not going to get these EXACT items below, but the items are the kind of stuff i want to wear,my real outfit is going to be bought in a shop which is in my town centre, but please tell me what you actually think of the outfit; also.. Which shoes should i wear? I have £40 to spend, the hotpants are £10 &the top is £10 so that leaves me with £20, my mums friend is currently selling converse at £25, should i buy the converse (my mum will add £5) or should i get some new shoes for the party therefore i will have to wait a month until i get some converse. i would wear the converse with the outfit, but the converse are pink&i wouldn't want to ruin them:L here are the items which im going to get (ignore the price,they are cheaper in the town shop) http://www.missguided.co.uk/madelyna-super-short-leather-look-hotpants-4 and.. http://www.missguided.co.uk/martinna-oversized-peace-vest-top-5 thanks and can you answer all questions thanks..

  I like the idea of the outfit. Top is nice! Those shorts are a bit short to go with that type of top though I think. Perhaps shorts that are a little longer. I love cons so I would say buy them and wear them but if you wouldn't wear because you don't want them to get dirty then no point! Better off finding cute/cheap wedges/sandals! :)
