How do i get a mod for my fallout3 on xbox 360?

i found a mod i would like to get on fallout nexus i have close to no computer skills and usually dont understand the terminology- (doesnt help any of you) for anyone who knows its the follower CLAW the deathclaw i have a friend with a nice pc computer he does modding with so he could help me too. my question how do i get a mod from the website to my xbox. it isnt a J-Tag xbox just a standard box nothing fancy never done this before any help is appreciated here is the mod http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/4093

Mods can only be applied to hacked 360s and PS3s, the mods are developed only for PC and can't be transferred without modifying the system.
