When is the best time to buy yugioh tin?

I want to buy a Galaxy-eyes tin, and i was wondering, when is the price of it drop the lowest in sites like Amazon, TCGplayer, Ideal808, Ebay, etc...pls give some tips, etc...thanks!

Right when it comes out, since the price of the tins don't usually stay the same. later in the future the price of the tin will go up, since the value of the card will go up. for example the old dark magician tin can go up to $80-$100 even though the cards aren't that good
