How can i grow my hair faster and longer?
-
hey i really regret getting my hair cut so short in feb. after years of going blonder and bleaching my hair i decided to go red (i dyed my hair red for the first time in december) so i used a semi permanent hair dye but my hair turned very dark red. i liked that at first then the red started to fade out badly and it ended up like a dark brown so in jarnary i decided to go ahead and use a permanent bright red hairdye to get it lighter and brighter more vibrant red which it did go. i loved it but then it faded to ginger within a month (by then i had started using sunbeds but i havent used one since end of feb cos i wasnt getting tanned enough even with lotions). i decided to put a semi permanent red in my hair (a similar shade to the permanent red) but instead of going vibrant it turned dark brown with a very slight tint of red i was really disapointed so a week later i stripped the colours out and on the same day i applied a permanent vibrant red but it turned out darker red. by then my waist length hair was so damaged it had fuzz at the ends so i decided to get a haircut in that same week. i decided on a bob length short haircut with a side fringe but when i came home my mum noticed it wasn't cut properly and i realised with horror that their was one cm bits of hair hacked in underneath longer bits of hair and there was a very noticable shorter bit were my sidefringe ended. i have since grown my hair, i have been conditioning it and having the red taken out and having blonde highlights done every month. i had to get my hair cut reshaped and have been letting it grow from there. my hair is bob length and my hairdresser it cutting the longer bits that grow at the back to try and grow it into a bob. how can i fasten the growth of my hair cos short hair makes my face look chubby and i hate it? please help

Answer:
Lavender oil - It is a popular oil for hair growth. It has been proved that application of lavender oil on regular basis has a significant effect on the growth of hair. Jojoba oil - This hair oil can be used if your hair type is dry. Jajoba oil will help to moisturize your dry hair when applied on regular basis. It can also be used before shampooing your hair to get a tangle free soft hair. Olive oil - Olive oil when applied on regular basis helps to strengthen your hair and improve the hair quality. This is because it helps to reduce the stress and also provide elasticity to your hair. Castor oil - Commonly used for hair growth. However this oil is very sticky so it can also be used in combination with other hair oils like coconut oil or almond oil for best results. Coconut oil - Coconut oil is commonly used for dry and damaged hair as it provides appropriate lubricant. The different nutrients in coconut oil like calcium, iron, potassium and magnesium provide good nourishment for the hair. Rosemary herbal oil - This oil is commonly used for flaky unwanted dandruff on the scalp. Almond oil - Almond oil helps to repair and strengthen your hair

Horse shampoo(Main and Tail) did not work for me, it made my hair dry. I suppose for people with oily hair it is good because you wont have to wash as often, for me it just made my hair damaged and frizzy. Prenatal vitamins work, because they mimic pregnancy, if you decide to stop taking them you will have hair loss and stunted hair growth. So i would not suggest these. Try to eat lots of protien and have a good diet. Some good vitamins/supplements are biotin, iron, zinc. And stay hydrated, I hope you can grow your hair back soon. :)
Hello
Wash your hair with horse shampoo. It works Apple it dried out your hair because you used it too often. Only 2 times a week and the other times you wash with normal shampoo that you always use.

First of all 1. STOP USING ANY HAIR COLOURS IMMEDIEATELY! it ruins your hair. stop for a while. 2. DO NOT HAVE ANY MEDICATIONS. it will just make your hair WORSE. Have loads of vegetables and fresh fruits, have a healthy balanced diet. And most importantly, oil your hair for 2-3 hours and then wash it. You can use a mix of jasmine, olive and any other you desire. DO NOT leave the oil on for more than 3 hours.. 3. Have a balanced diet of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, minerals, vitamins, roughage and water. Hope it helped :)

On average, human hair grows at a rate of half-an-inch per month. The basic guidelines for living a healthy life are the same guidelines for making hair grow faster and longer: 1. Eat a healthy diet. Minimize fat and sugar intake and increase protein. 2. Get plenty of rest. 3. Cut back on smoking, caffeine and sodas. 4. Exercise frequently. Additional tips: 1. Take supplements known to boost hair growth: Vitamins B, C, E, Beta Carotene, Magnesium. 2. Avoid heat styling. 3. Try hot oil treatments on your scalp. Just make sure you condition your scalp, massage it for circulation, follow a high-protein Vitamin E and Vitamin D diet, get a dead-end trim, and brush your hair starting at the bottom to prevent breakage. Also, if you hold your head upside-down for about 20-30 seconds a day, it promotes hair growth by awakening your hair follicles. I hate the thought of waiting for it to grow, but don't stress! In a few months you'll look in the mirror and say to yourself, "Wow, it is growing." Increase blood flow by gently massaging the scalp. Eat plenty of leafy green vegetables and plenty of protein. Soy (i.e., tofu) and a variety of beans are a good source of protein. Drink plenty of water. Stay away from drugs and alcohol. Stick to a healthy diet. This regimen should be followed for several months, as hair only grows about a half-inch per month. Do not brush hair when it is wet; this causes breakage. Use a wide tooth comb. If hair has been damaged (perm or coloring), use a good conditioner. You can blow dry your hair but make sure to use a heat protection product.
