What university for my course is the best?

• I'm a, girl, an incoming senior this school year. I just want to know what university is recommended for my course. i want to take Med Tech but University of the Philippines doesn't have that course. so what university is the best for my course? and how much is the tuition fee? i'm taking this course as a premed. i live in quezon city. i want to attend a university near my place as much as possible. please help!!! and what are other good courses to take as a premed? i'm planning to take pediatrics as my specialization.
