Need to know about childbirth coma? Is it possible? What are the effects?

• Hi there, I'm a film student and am currently concepting a story revolving around a childbirth coma and are after some very key facts. I need to know if it is possible for a child to be born into a coma, and if so, can the child stay in a coma state for 14 years and then wake up? Is this scientifically possible, even if it is extremely rare? And if the child were to stay in this coma for 14 years and then wake up, would he/she basically be a newborn child inside a 14 year olds grown body and then start developing from there ??? Or would the child be in a vegetative state and possibly stay in this vegetative state for his/her entire life? Would they be confined to a wheelchair or would they eventually be able to progress to be able to walk and talk etc??
